Happy New Year!

Walt Disney World, FL -- Happy New Year, B's Bistro audience. We haven't vanished because it's 2009. The entire staff of B's Bistro is taking an eleven day odyssey to Florida to start the new year. The trip began in New Port Richie (20 miles north of Tampa) for an evening, followed by a six day, beach-filled stay in Sanibel Island (outside of Fort Myers), and now onto a three day trip to Disney World for the third and final leg. We promise to be blogging our guts out upon return next week. Until then, enjoy tonight's College Football Championship (predicition: Florida Gators) and this weekend's Divisional Playoff round in the NFL. We'll try to navigate the millions of Gators' fans here in Disney World. Today's trip to Epcot Center was filled with Gators fans. Depending on the outcome of tonight's game, we'll either see more Gator fan merchandise in the Magical Kingdom and Animal Kingdom in the subsequent days or none at all. Speaking of championship teams, when did there exist so many Phillies fans? Fair weathered, I guess. Send us a postcard in the "comments" section. Cheers to 2009!
